Select IMA Sector
The IMA Sector groups funds based on Asset Class. You can choose from the sectors available to narrow down your selection of funds.

Select Fund Manager
The fund manager is the investment company. You can choose from the fund managers available to narrow down your selection of funds.

Select Performance
The performance is the return in investment on the fund over various time periods.

Select Share Type
The share type allows you to search for funds that have accumulation units, income units or both.

  • Accumulation units allow income to be re-invested.
  • Income units distribute or pay out any income.

Select Finex rating
Financial Express Crown Ratings cover UK authorised unit trusts and OEICs. These are based on quantitative historical performance measures.

The lowest rated funds carry a single crown and the highest rated funds are awarded three crowns. Not all funds are rated. To be rated a fund must possess the following characteristics:

  • it must have a 3 year track record
  • it must appear in a sector of 10 or more funds
  • it must not belong to the Specialised or Unclassified sectors.

OBSR rating

Rating Definitions

  • OBSR AAA Rating
    this is the highest rating awarded. It is given to funds which demonstrate very powerful investment processes and disciplines which we believe will translate into exceptional long-term performance. The OBSR AAA Rating is an indication of excellence.
  • OBSR AA Rating
    The OBSR AA Rating is an indication of highly superior quality based on process and track record.
  • OBSR A Rating
    A fund which achieves the OBSR A Rating status is a highly commendable one.
